LaFleur Stephens-Dougan was a featured guest on the WHYY Radio Times' panel, reacting to the Democratic Debate held on November 20. She was joined on the panel by T. J. Rooney, former chair of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, and Will Bunch, national opinion columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, as they discussed what happened at the debate, who came under attack, who stood out, and "what all this reveals about ideological divisions with the Democratic Party." 

Stephens-Dougan is assistant professor of politics and a CSDP faculty associate. Her book, Race to the Bottom: How Racial Appeals Work in American Politics, is forthcoming from University of Chicago Press.
