Congratulations to Grigore Pop-Eleches, whose book, "From Economic Crisis to Reform: IMF Programs in Latin America and Eastern Europe," received the Best Book Award from the European Politics Section of the American Political Science Association (APSA). The award is given to "the best book published on European Politics and Society in 2009."
