John Kastellec in Newsweek: Could Republicans Fill Ginsburg's Seat With Trump Nominee Even if They Lose the Senate?

Sept. 22, 2020

John Kastellec is quoted in Newsweek's article, explaining that Republicans don't need to retain control of the Senate in November to put President Donald Trump's nominee on the Supreme Court. Kastellec is associate professor of politics at Princeton University and a CSDP faculty associate.
