Princeton University's Center for the Study of Democratic Politics (CSDP) hosts post-doctoral or more senior research associates each academic year, whose work focuses on empirical research on democratic political processes and institutions. CSDP fellows pursue research and contribute to the intellectual life of the Center, the Department of Politics, and the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic, Visiting Research Scholar positions (for current faculty applying to spend their leave year with CSDP) for 2021-2022 have been put on hold until January 2021 when the university hopes to re-evaluate these positions.
