Andrew Owen Receives Dissertation Award from APSA Experimental Methods Section

Andrew Owen, former CSDP-affiliated graduate student and current assistant professor at the University of British Columbia, was named the winner of the American Political Science Association Experimental Methods Dissertation Award for 2011. Owen's dissertation demonstrates the asymmetric effects of good vs. bad performance in retrospective voting. The Experimental Methods section will present the award at the annual meeting in September 2011 in Seattle.
