Adam Thal's "Status Update" Named Best Paper by APSA Class and Inequality section

The American Political Science Association's Class and Inequality Section Best Paper Prize 2019 (for the best paper presented on a C&I Panel) will be awarded to Adam Thal for his paper, “Status Update: Social Media and the Economic Policy Preferences of Affluent Americans.”

His dissertation, Status Competition and the Politics of the Rich?, was awarded Best Dissertation on Political Psychology, American Political Science Association in 2018.

Thal received his Ph.D. from the Department of Politics at Princeton University in the fall of 2017 and was a CSDP-affiliated graduate student.
